In 2017, after the aftermath of Auckland housing crisis, and a challenging economy in the construction industry, Murji and his son, Pretesh saw an opportunity in the market to provide customers with next generation homes at affordable prices.

This is when NexGen Homes was established with a mission statement to provide “high quality, next generation, new homes”
