5 Step Buying process
We have different steps involved in to make and build your dream homes come true.
Some of the Steps involved include:
Concept plans
This is the initial stage of the plan where our architect would draw up the plan which we will present to you on our meetings
Working drawings
After drawing up the initial plan and meeting with you we would put your suggestions on the drawings if it fits.
Exterior Design
Once Building consent and resource consent is approved we then go to the exciting part!!
We go back to the site, to prepare the land for the works required, then we box and pour the slab, organize drainage, layout the driveway area, designate any landscaping tasks.
Interior Design
Interior design time, we get back to the layout of kitchen cabinets, sink ware; wardrobes, carpet choices, floor coverings, drapes, additional nods for lighting, and much more… Be very careful to stick with your budget
Finale
Handover the keys!!! Final touches are done to your home, light fixtures added, carpet and blind installed.
